Comprehensive development under one roof
The year-round academy was created to give young players the best possible conditions for development in one place, under one roof, in Telč. In this comprehensive development program, players are supported by a top ten-member coaching team with elite-hockey experience. The weekly program includes 7 on-ice training sessions and 7 off-ice sessions. Players also play 2–3 games per week, around 100 games per season in total, including select tournaments and the T4HL age-group elite league. High-quality recovery, load compensation, optimized nutrition habits and medical care are all integral parts of the academy program.
