Cancellation Policy

Rules for cancelling an order and participation in training.

Order cancellation

Withdrawal of a participant who has submitted a binding registration must be made in writing.

  • If participation in a multi-day training program is cancelled no later than 30 days before the event, the cancellation fee is 66 € for that training program.
  • If participation in a multi-day training program is cancelled for medical reasons, the cancellation fee is 44 €. Medical reasons must be supported by a doctor’s certificate.
  • If participation in a multi-day training program is cancelled less than 14 days before the event, the cancellation fee is 109 €, payable no later than 14 days after the training program has ended.
  • If the withdrawing player provides another participant as a replacement, no cancellation fee is charged.
  • If participation in a one-day training program is cancelled less than 14 days before the event, the cancellation fee is 22 €, payable no later than 14 days after the training program.
Important:

A player with an outstanding cancellation fee from a previous booking will not be admitted to further training programs.

Cancellation fees are payable to account no. 5974502319/0800. Use the cancelled order number as the payment reference.
