Reference

I have changed my summer training program a little bit. I begin pretty early. Together with Pavel Zacha I’m going to Telc to Jaromir Pytlik and spend a lot of time on the ice. The facility in the Hockey Talent Academy is super; we didn’t miss anything. We agreed on things which we wanted to improve. We worked especially on skating, acceleration, work with the stick and shooting on the move. We trained there a whole month. The improvement was evident. We improved our skating technique, condition and also stick technique. The advantage is that training focuses on the individual which is not possible in a club where you have 20 players on the ice. Jaromir Pytlik focused just on me and Pavel Zacha. He spent a lot of time with us and I must thank him for it. We have done a good job together and for me it was great that I could work on things I want to improve.
