1. General provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Ferrax Sport s.r.o., Lipolec 14, 380 01 Dačice, Company ID No. 26019019, as the operator of the website www.hockeytalent.cz, and the customer when reserving hockey training programs, purchasing products or using other services offered on this website.
2. Order and conclusion of contract
The customer selects a specific service, date and number of participants, completes the required information and submits the order. The order becomes binding upon confirmation by the provider and, where required, payment of the requested amount or deposit.
3. Price and payment terms
The current price is stated for the specific training program or service. If a deposit is required, the customer makes the payment using one of the available payment methods. Unless stated otherwise, the order number is used as the payment reference for a bank transfer.
4. Participant and information provided
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in the order. For a minor participant, the order must be placed or approved by their legal representative. Medical restrictions and any other important circumstances must be disclosed before the event begins.
5. Changes to the program and date
For serious organizational, operational or safety reasons, the provider may adjust the program, coaching staff, venue or time of the event. The customer will be informed of any significant change without undue delay.
6. Cancellation of participation
The specific conditions for cancellation by the customer, any applicable cancellation fees and options for transferring the booking to another date will be stated for the relevant service or in the order confirmation. The customer must notify the provider of a cancellation as soon as possible.
7. Cancellation by the provider
If the provider cancels the event without offering a replacement date, any payment made for the service not provided will be refunded to the customer, unless another solution is agreed.
8. Responsibility and safety
Participants must follow the instructions of the coaches and organizing team, use appropriate equipment and behave in a way that does not endanger themselves or others. The provider is not liable for damage caused by a breach of these obligations or by withholding material information. The customer acknowledges that the player participates in the training program at their own risk and should be appropriately insured.
9. Complaints and contact
Comments or complaints may be submitted by e-mail to info@hockeytalent.cz or through the contact form. The provider will address the matter without undue delay.
